Question
Blutooth radiation?
I was wondering if anyone knows how... bad the radiation from blutooth devices is. I know that cell phones emit radiation thats capable of causing cancer, its just brain cancer hasnt been accurately linked to using cell phones. But the fact that radiations capable of causing cancer is no secret anymore, so I was wondering if anyone knows about how blutooth comes in the picture?
Answer
Ok were talking about two different KINDS of quotradiationquot here. Cell phones use plain old radios just like commercial radio stations, and TV stations, and amateur radio stations, and CB radios, and cordless phones in your house, and all that good stuff. Cell phones in the U.S. run on and mHz. Heck, youre in more danger from your TV remote.brbrCell phones are also limited in terms of power a cell phone isnt even allowed to generate a single watt of power more like a halfwatt. A cell phone doesnt even use as much power as a single bulb on a string of Christmas tree lights those each use about a watt of power, and as Im sure you know, you can stand there and HOLD one of those all day, and youll barely feel the warmth. You get more radiation from you computer, by FAR, than youll ever get from your cell phone and a Bluetooth headset is even weaker. It doesnt get past your skin, much less into your brain.brbrquotRadiationquot thats produced by things like Xray machines and nuclear stuff is on the same spectrum, but its MUCH smaller wavelengths, and that means it penetrates substances MUCH more easily. Its also MUCH more powerful thats where its real danger lies, along with the fact that because the wavelength IS so small, its capable of messing with the nucleus of an atom and thats a whole nother can of worms. Also, its from the fissuring of an atom and cell phones definitely DONT do that.brbrIn short dont worry about it. Your skin can protect you from the tiny bit of energy a cell phone produces just as it can protect you from the sun and a cell phone isnt NEARLY that powerful.
