Nintendo WII good to play or a boring gimmick?

As with every innovation that Nintendo has brought to the console gaming industry, the Wii is not a Gimmick it is the first step in a revolution of gameplay. They have taken the approach that perhaps graphics are no the only way to improve a game system, and so this year their system has slightly improved graphics over the Gamecube and a completely different setup that Microsoft and Sony, who went for the same old gameplay with HD graphics. It is paying off so far, as Nintendo is selling out of Wiis and outselling the industries top dog at the moment, Sony, in both the console and the handheld market.brbrAs a side note, only those who are blinded by Sonys excessive adult oriented marketing think that Nintendo is only for families and kids. Rockstar is bringing Manhunt to the Wii, one of the goriest franchises of all time, just to name one. Does that sound like family entertainment? As always, Nintendo has games for everyone and refuses to leave kids in the dust with crappy half baked titles like Sony and Microsoft do, and even though these brands them a kids company when they are not, i applaud them for it.
